2025 Plainfield Park District Needs Assessment Survey
We value your opinion, and your response to the following survey is essential! The Plainfield Park District is conducting a Park District Needs Assessment Survey to guide our Comprehensive Master Plan 2026-2030 - Imagine Plainfield Parks. This plan will establish priorities over the next 5 years for future improvements to parks, recreation facilities, programs, and services within the community. Your input is incredibly important. Your participation will help make Plainfield Park District a better place to live, work, and play.
We Appreciate Your Time. This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and every question matters. The time you take to complete this survey will help Plainfield Park District create a resident-driven plan that will shape the future of our community and enhance the quality of life for all its residents. All responses will remain confidential.
ETC Institute, an independent consulting company, is our partner conducting this survey. They will compile the data received and present the results to Plainfield Park District.
